We start with a 15-minute discovery call to understand your situation. If there's a fit, I put together a clear scope of work with deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Engagements can be project-based (fixed scope), interim (covering a role or capacity gap), or retainer (ongoing monthly support). There's no minimum commitment required.
